Ward Christmas party

Yes it's only December 1st and we already had our ward Christmas party. It was really fun Amelie got to meet Santa and ask for a bicycle and helmet. She got to spend some time with Grandpa Greg since he was in town commuting in for work. Our ward does this thing called Music Makers it's really fun and they get to sing, dance, play with all sorts of musical instruments, and other props. It's really one of the coolest free things about living in la. Music Marker's did a little dance at the ward party.The focus was on the kids but the parents had to get up too. I started turning red and I was really having a hard time being in front of that many people. Amelie had a really good time!

So I won't say I'm a creative mom. I'm pretty boring and although we do go on lots of outings I really struggle to know what to do with Amelie at home. But thanks to Pinterst I was able to come up with something fun and free to do at home. It was so much fun. I don't know what Amelie liked more the Magic Cloud Sand or the big container she played in. Best part I remembered to get proof of the fun.

Amelie loved Trunk or Treating. She got the hang of going up to people and saying treat or treat and holding her bucket. She has had a great b-day month. Hopefully I can post some pictures from Disneyland and her new birthday gift.

We just got back from a productive trip to LA. We stayed a few days with my Cousin Amanda who just found out she is having twins boy and girl! She also works for Oakley and we scored some cool sunglass 75% off! We went to the la zoo, and long beach aquarium, and to the beach. We also spent some time at my uncle Jeff's beautiful house and pool. We also did a lot of research on where to live in La and are pretty set on living in culver city.

Amelie had her first bang cut. I was not there but I heard she sat still. My camera setting are off and I had a difficult time taking pictures. They're not the best but here a little bit of spring!
